In my healthy eating blog category, I draw on my 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to help you cut through ‘the noise’. There is no “one size fits all”. Different foods and food groups affect people in different ways. Ultimately I want to help you find a diet-free approach to healthy eating that you can enjoy and sustain.
