About Our Holistic Health Blog Posts
Holistic health is the overarching theme of this website. As a degree qualified fitness professional who has worked with hundreds of clients over the years, I know how important it is to take a holistic approach.
Early in my health and fitness career, I realized that it was pointless trying to deliver a personal training session to a client who hadn’t eaten or slept properly, or who was highly stressed. I knew that at best, they wouldn’t get the most out of their workout. At worst, it could be dangerous for them to work out.
My holistic health approach began to evolve from this knowledge. A fully mainstream medical approach doesn’t usually get to the root causes of a person’s health issues. If optimal health is your goal, an integrative approach that also embraces appropriate alternative modalities is well worth considering.
That’s why I have this blog post category, which is dedicated to holistic health. You’ll read about natural health therapies such as osteopathy and IV vitamin therapy.
You’ll also become aware that great health and fitness is more than just exercise and nutrition. Sleep, mindset, relationships, and stress are all covered. That way you can find out how all these areas are inter-related. They’re all import and they all affect each other. When they’re out of balance, the consequences can be far-reaching.
In this blog category, I aim to help you have a few “aha” moments. Ultimately I want you to take a step closer to finding out the root causes of your health issues. I’m excited that you’re here and I look forward to helping you take the next step on your holistic health and fitness journey!
