Four one-to-one online fitness coaching sessions Will get you focused and your health and fitness headed in a positive direction. Enjoy subtle lifestyle adjustments which stick from experienced holistic health practitioner, Elly McGuinness. A different, gentler approach for sustainable habits so you can move beyond dieting, quick fixes, fads and the ‘start Monday’ mentality. Real support to give up comfort or emotional eating.
Food diary analysis Empower yourself to understand and take action on the small changes to your eating habits that will get you big results. Focus on adding to your health rather than taking away the foods you love and get to the root of the problem
Fitness plan A plan ensures you know what’s going to happen each day of the month so you’ll be prepared for what’s to come. Get a roadmap (plan!) to achieve your health and fitness goals and dreams. 
Fitness program A program ensures that what you do in each session is personalized and specific to you. That way you’ll enjoy it AND get the results you want.
Recipes & resources You’ll be provided with tried and tested tools as needed to help you be successful. These are based entirely on your personal knowledge and skill gaps, goals and preferences.
Unlimited email support as required Documented accountability and an opportunity to deal with other questions

Session make-up With Your Online Health and Fitness Coach

  • All sessions with Elly, your online health and fitness coach are scheduled in advance at a mutually agreeable time
  • We agree on the online communication format that will suit you best; e.g. Facetime, Google Hangouts, Skype
  • The first three sessions with your online health and fitness coach are carried out approximately 1 week apart with the fourth session scheduled at 6 weeks for a check in on progress and discussion about a follow on plan.
  • Sessions with Elly, your online health and fitness coach, are approximately 35-45 minutes in duration

Session preparation expectations From Your Online Health and Fitness Coach

Sessions with me will likely be in a coaching style. Therefore it is unlikely that you will be exercising during these sessions unless you are learning a new program or carrying out specific fitness tests.  However, you will have a program to complete outside of our sessions.

Whilst completing any exercise from the plan that I have set for you, you will agree to the following:

  • Prior to any exercise session you carry out you will ensure you are well rested, have not had any alcohol to drink, and have eaten a small meal, or snack, 1-2 hours before your session. You will take a bottle of water with you each time you exercise. You will drink water as required during your sessions and drink 500ml-1 litre water plus eat a snack or meal within the hour following your sessions.
  • Should you become ill or injured during or within a few hours of any exercise session you should immediately consult your health professional and notify Elly, your online health and fitness coach by phone or text. If you find you are having any form of chest pain or shortness of breath, you are feeling faint or experiencing loss of co-ordination you should call emergency services and rest until the ambulance arrives. It may be nothing, but if not then early action is very important.
  • You will notify Elly, your online health and fitness coach, about any changes to your health or injury status throughout the time period between your initial consultation and termination of our online health coaching sessions together.

  • Your Investment: US$897 (Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in US dollars)
  • Upfront payment before commencement of the 6 weeks.
  • The Kick-Starter package is a 6 week, fixed term package. It will begin either at the start or middle of a month. The maximum time this package can extend to is 8 weeks.
  • As the client, you agree to give me 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Providing no notice, or less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of that session. As your online health and fitness coach I will not charge for a cancelled session in cases I deem to be out of your control – e.g. sudden illness or emergency where you are unable to make contact in time.
  • I agree to give you 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an online fitness coaching session. If I make a cancellation 0-24 hours prior to the session, I agree to reschedule that session for a later date PLUS provide an additional online fitness coaching session for FREE, irrespective of the nature of the cancellation.
  • A good internet connection is required for online sessions and some patience may need to be practiced around this. If poor connectivity is experienced and the objective of the call is not completed, the session will be rescheduled.
