Exercise is widely known as being a crucial part of a fit and healthy lifestyle. As a health and fitness professional, this was where it all began for me. I completed a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in exercise prescription as a result of my love for fitness.

Back then I didn’t have such a holistic approach to health and fitness. But I have definitely always loved exercise in some shape or form.

Ok, so there are plenty of forms of exercise that I haven’t enjoyed too. When I was at high school I was “no good” at team sports. I was picked last for teams. I now know that I just needed a little more practice and confidence.

Luckily I found some sports and physical activities that I really resonated with, and also turned out to be pretty good at. I simply loved the FEELING that I got from doing these activities, and that is what led me to become so passionate about helping others to feel the same.

Maybe you haven’t found your ‘groove’ with fitness yet. That’s ok! I’m here to show you that there are so many options when it comes to getting fitter. There’s something out there that you’re really going to love and when you feel those endorphins flow there will be no going back!
